Horse Stables May News
We have been fortunate this year in our organic breeding department!
There are two pairs of Canadian geese with goslings – one pair has 6 and the other has three! There is a pair of wood ducks that has returned this year and they have three new babies!
There is also a pair of beavers who have come to the lake and we are watching for their little ones to appear. All the proud parents are usually out just as the sun starts setting.
Here are the baby goslings!

Zero Has Moved to A New Home!
Yesterday Zero, who has been with us almost from the beginning, moved to a new job. He is out in a big pasture taking yearlings under his wing who have just been separated from their mommas. We wish him and Katie (who has moved on with the fumes disease) all the best.
Summer Camps
The June 15 camp is completely full and several others are very close. We are looking to fill the May 29th Friday Fun Day, and the first camp in June.

Cowboy Cookout?
We are thinking of offering a Stables Cowboy Cookout but we need to know interest level. The cookout would probably be from 6-830 on a weekend evening, with room for up to 30 people, and include food, cowboys singalong, games, hayride, and more. The price would probably be about $35 for adults and $20 for kids.
If this interests you, please leave a comment or email to let us know?
Thanks!
Ian Graduates!
We are proud to announce our son Ian Phillips was one of the first two graduating seniors from our Circle of Friends home schooling group. The same weekend we also held a ceremony to present Ian with the coveted Eagle scout award, which less than 4% of all Scouts worldwide ever earn, and which places him one step closer to an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis Md. Ian is now at Chattahoochee Tech taking preparatory college classes.
Here is Ian and Jared playing a song at their graduation…
