New swing and new ring!

I had a great birthday and a big thank you to everyone at the barn who chipped in to buy a new swing! The girls gave me a surprise party and of course brought me lots of chocolate! Thank you, all!!!! It was a very special day.

We finally cleared the last of the woods and instead of adding another paddock my wonderful husband and Isaac Dugan are building a 2nd ring. The new ring will be big enough to run barrels and do dressage – which is a good thing now that we have an 18 hand 3rd level dressage horse at the farm! She is just gorgeous to see in motion.

We also have added three new horses to our lesson program – High C, a 15.2 hand Bay QH, Kokie, a black and white pony – that is just the cutest thing and Digger, a 14.2 hand Palomino. Please stop by and say hello to all the new horses and people at the barn! It is shaping up to be a fun and very busy summer! New ring shaping up.
