Horse Farm & Business For Sale Atlanta Georgia
Is It Time To Follow Your Dream and Own a Horse Farm?
In 2002 our dream was to build a horse farm and business. We did. We love our farm, and the choice to let someone else take over where we are is a very painful one, but dreams are for following! Our new dream is to take our two boys and show them the world from the deck of a small sailboat!
Have you ever thought about living in a country setting, (but near upscale ‘stuff’) with horses in the pastures, raising your kids in clean air, growing your own garden, in charge of your own life? How about living in a beautiful, peaceful setting where the income from the farm pays your mortgage and then some?
Our Loss Is Your Gain
Due to the craziness in the real estate market you can have a 9.62 acre horse farm 45 minutes NW of Atlanta, with a 3br/2ba house, 14 stall barn and two acre stocked lake – with ongoing revenue for much less than you would think. (Listed at $599,000 just three years ago!)
We have over 70 western, english and jumping students, a steady stream of pony birthday parties and trail rides. Borders, rented apartment – everything you need is already in place including tools, tractors, trailers, horses, tack and marketing.
Choose the Option That Fits
There are several ways to do this.
1) You assume ownership of the whole business all at once – lock, stock, barrel (plus help getting acclimated)
or
2) We shut everything down except for the boarders and apt rental (pays your mortgage) and sell everything else.
or
3) You buy the business and lease the house and property until you are comfortable completing the purchase.
There is steady income for the last 6 years and growing, and we will train you if needed.

What a lovely place, you’ve got (sorry, you’ve made). We are from Europe and just purchased a lovely cruising yacht in Baltimore – planning to take her down on the ICW to the Caribbeans. I found your comment on Cruiser’s Forum and would like to ask how do you do homeschooling in the States. Our son (14) just picked up homeschooling but, in French since we couldn’t find any other English alternative. This French system is pretty good (more than 2 million kids follow it – some all the way to master degree) but, would be easier to carry on in English since we do not live in France since our boy was 9. Can you advise?
Thanks a lot and have a nice journey (may bump into each others somewhere),
Andrea

What a beautiful home! Your first dream (not the boat) is my family’s dream as well. You have done quite well for yourselves. Have you considered writing a book about how to do what you’ve done? I know one family that would buy it! I hope you find a buyer and I wish it were us. God’s blessings.

My husband and I have been traveling the country this year in an RV “checking” out what is available. We have had a longtime dream of owning a horse farm and saw your ad on Facebook. Is this property and business still for sale?
