Trainer Shelly Phillips is the owner of High Country Stables and teaches most of the lessons. Her horse experience started in Snowmass, Colorado at 18. After spending the summer leading groups of riders on over-night back-packing trips to Crested Butte she fell in love with horses and continued working and training for the next 6 years. She has trained with John Lyons and Clinton Anderson. Shelly teaches Western, English, Halter, Running events and Trail. |

| Students can take lessons 4 times a month, twice a month or once a month. We want to work around busy schedules and budgets.

Trainer Grace Schultz started riding at a very young age and is now competing in Fox Hunts and Hunter Pace. Grace helps beginning riders ages 5 to 8 get started on the right path to learning everything you need to know about horse care and the fundamentals of riding. |  Grace working with Lex |

Trainer Jeri Flint is a personal fitness trainer and and certified special ed teacher. She is an active member of ATCHA and is competing in the 2010 rides. Teaching people to be confident leaders with their horses (or overcoming fear), the awesome synchronicity of being a team with your horse and navigating the challenges/obstacles on a trail is what drives her. Jeri’s teaches natural horsemanship to riders and horses who wish to ride “outside” the ring. | Our goal is to have fun learning about horses, emphasizing Self-Confidence and balance on well trained horses. |

We are active members with Paulding County Saddle Club, Cobb County 4-H Horse and Pony, and show at local horse events, North West Georgia Horseman Association State Qualifying shows and host horse events through out the year at our farm.
