Welcome new horses and boarders!
A very big welcome to the Marks family and their Fresian/Morgan horse Midnight. Yep – we now have two Midnights at the barn!

Our horsemanship and halter clinic taught by AQHA trainer Bryan Carlise on Friday was very successful.
One of the participants wrote to us and said:
I just wanted to say how much Finn and myself enjoyed the clinic yesterday. We learned a lot and had good time doing it. Everyone at your facility was so welcoming! Please keep me in your email contacts and let me know of anymore clinics you all will have in the future.
~ Christa ~
We caught some of it on video!
If you participate please leave a comment on what you thought! Shoot – leave a comment whether you were there or not!

Due to the cold, wet blustery March weather (rainy and high of 45) we are forced to postpone the horse and pony rides offered for today (Saturday 3/14) to next week on Sunday afternoon from 1-4. Sunday is March 22.
We are planning a couple of interesting demonstrations (riding, jumping, hoof picking etc.) It’ll be fun for the whole family.
We have had lots of calls and messages letting us know you were coming and bring your friends and neighbors – so everybody ask for for nice weather next weekend!

Horse Riding Camps
The summer camp schedule is up and as always it is recommended to get your deposit in as soon as you can if you want to hold a spot. These camps fill very quickly!
There are just a couple spots left for the April 6-10 Spring Break camp. This will be a horse riding camp focused on trail, halter and basic riding skills.
We appreciate you and your help!

Haley had her 4th birthday pony party at High Country Stables yesterday. So we shot some (home) video!
Everyone enjoyed the beautiful day, being out on the farm. The kids rode for an hour, then used the conference room for an hour for their party.
It really is a lot of fun for all for only $200!
See what you think!

Announcements!
First Fun Day of the year! February 18 (Paulding County is out of school) Only $50. Click here to save your spot now!
We need boarders!
Over the winter we lost several horses. (Well actually we didn’t lose them – they moved or were sold!)
Java was bought by a very nice lady and moved to a big pasture in Cartersville. Daryl left in the fall looking for a place where he could volunteer to help disadvantaged kids. Blend, Jewel and Beau moved just down the road to a private pasture.
So we have room and sure could use some help! If you know anyone who might be looking for a home for their horse – please recommend us. Our best advertising is from our friends talking about us!
