Business And Corporate Leadership Horse Camps Atlanta Ga

Join Coach Miami Phillips and a team of horses at High Country Stables in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains just 45 minutes north of downtown Atlanta for a full day of a unique learning experience.

Right from the start time of 915 am, (after coffee and danish), we plunge right in with the first team building, problem solving exercise taught by horses.

Horses are a lot like us – wanting to be on a team, looking for a leader, and feeling the need to be in the know of what is going on around them. As horses have no agenda they make excellent teachers for us to learn the most fundamental skills needed to excel in personal and business life.

During the day you will work with horses on the ground to improve communication skills, overcome fear of failure, develop new problem solving skills and build leadership ability by understanding much more clearly how these skills interact and affect everything we do.

You will learn to create trust, gain self confidence and come away with a sense of accomplishment and purpose.

The day includes three separate outside activities with horses, each designed to help strengthen teamwork, communication and leadership. Each outside activity is followed by an indoor round table to more fully understand and appreciate the lesson being reinforced.
